She was very thin and her feet were overgrown. Debbie immediately went to work on her and kept her going until we could open our New York facility. In October 1999 Cookie was transported to us. JR was our first volunteer and happened to be there when Cookie came in. At that time, Cookie was a yearling filly. JR decided that she couldn't live without Cookie so a bond was formed.

These two are very close as you can tell.
Cookie has had a year of ground training and six months on saddle training with a noted trainer here in the area.
They are both good students.
Cookie is spoiled rotten and loving every minute of it.
