When he was young he injured his back in a trailer accident and could not be shown.
He has a distinct strange gait where his rear legs crossed over.
The former owner was told that if he was worked on a regular basis the gait would improve.
He was donated to the rescue because the family had two other sound horses and a new baby.
We took him in and he was placed with a very special family in Springville, New York after only a few weeks.
Pam and Dave have been working with "Imy" for about three months as of the time of this wwriting and he is showing remarkable improvement not only physically but mentally as well.
He is gaining muscle tone and much more confidence and is doing really, really well on the trails now.
He has a girlfriend and swoons over her.
Pam and Dave have done wonders for Imy and never fail to keep us updated on his improvements.
Our thanks go out to the both of them for taking the time to work with Imy and giving him a second chance with a new life and a new family.
